Easy Mobility stretching for pain free body
I teach easy mobility stretching to help everyone that has lower back, hip pain, shoulders and neck pain.
A lot of this is caused by poor posture and not using your joints. easy mobility daily can stretch out your spine and over a few weeks you will be pain free.
Just keep doing it to maintain your body and be pain free.
